Raw Material Selection and Preparation
All procured raw materials, including key sulfur compounds, undergo rigorous selection and incoming inspection. We ensure the purity and quality of all raw materials meet both internal standards and international quality requirements, which is fundamental to a premium final product.
Core Chemical Synthesis
The core chemical reactions, such as the oxidation process, are conducted in automated, precisely controlled reactors to efficiently convert precursors into MSM or DMSO. We ensure high conversion rates and batch-to-batch consistency through real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and reaction time.
Multi-Stage Refining and Purification
This is the critical stage for producing high-grade products (such as Pharmaceutical and Food grades). Impurities and byproducts are thoroughly removed through advanced processes like multi-stage distillation, recrystallization, and filtration. This stage ensures the final product purity meets stringent international standards like USP and FSSC22000.
Drying and Processing
For solid products (MSM), we use high-efficiency drying equipment to control moisture content to minimal levels. Based on customer requirements, the product can undergo controlled milling or sieving to achieve the desired particle size and excellent flowability for various applications.
Strict Quality Control and Packaging
Finished products undergo comprehensive testing in our ISO9001-certified laboratory, including purity analysis, residual impurities, and moisture content, to ensure compliance with specifications. Once approved, products are sealed and packaged in a moisture-proof environment under strict cleanliness controls, with full batch traceability, ensuring quality and safety before delivery.
